1. Create an Appointment
Tap +New Appointment.
Choose how to enter info:
Dictate (preferred), or
Type using the keypad.
If dictating, simply say:
First + last name, sex, date of birth, MRN/ID, PCP (if known), reason for visit, new or established patient.Example: “John Cena C E N A, male, July 7 1975, ID 12345, PCP Dr. J. Jones, follow-up for PSA, established patient.”
Tap Stop Recording when done.
In a few seconds, the form will auto-fill.
Verify and correct anything as needed.
Tap Save Appointment. You should see the appointment in the list.
Repeat the steps for each patient.
